Orders placed online are processed Tuesday-Friday. Production times exclude weekends and public holidays. Production times are outlined at time of purchase and are active from the first business day after placing an order. Note, production timelines do not include shipping times.

Express delivery in Paris
We offer free same day delivery for all orders in Paris. To schedule your complimentary delivery please contact our customer service team at info@gdparis.com.
European Union shipping
We offer free express shipping for all orders over 2000 EUR within the EU. Shipping times vary for each country but are typically 1-3 business days. Please contact our customer care team at info@gdparis.com for further information for your specific country. Orders within the EU are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx with tracking and signature on delivery. Orders are fully insured.
For orders under 2000 EUR a flat rate of 100 EUR for shipping and insurance will be charged. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with your tracking number.

International shipping
We offer free express shipping for all orders over 5000 EUR worldwide. Shipping times vary for each country. Please contact our customer care team at info@gdparis.com for further information for your specific country.
Orders outside of the EU are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx with signature on delivery. Orders are fully insured.
For orders under 5000 EUR a flat rate of 250 EUR for shipping and insurance will be charged. All international purchases are exempt from French VAT (20%).
Please note, prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that you may incur. Duties and taxes are not determined by Galeries du Diamant, they are determined by each country’s governing border force.
